North Carolina Restaurant and Lodging Association
NCRLA lobbied for and procured a $5 million state grant of federal funds to help address the NC hospitality industry’s worker shortage. With the grant, we will be hosting a series of six seminars on workforce development across the state. As we gear up on this important initiative, we need to hear from you—restaurant and hotel owners and operators. Labor shortages are impacting restaurants and hotels in unprecedented ways and are adversely impacting business operations and sales revenue daily. We want to hear about what you’re seeing in your business, what recruitment strategies are working and what’s not working, and get your insights and perspectives on what steps we might take collectively to address this all-important issue.
Please join us for a facilitated working session and discussion on the topic of Rebuilding the NC hospitality workforce.
