National ProStart Invitational

The National ProStart Invitational is the finale of a nationwide series of state competitions hosted by partner state restaurant associations. For each respective competition – culinary or management – students must impress judges from leading industry corporations, colleges, and universities with skills they’ve developed through ProStart. Attending the competition as a guest is free of charge and open to the public.

• Team NC – Management competes Saturday, April 28 at 11:50 a.m.
• Team NC – Culinary competes Sunday, April 29 at 8:20 a.m.
• Award ceremony and dinner for all competitors is Sunday, April 29 at 6 p.m.
